I completed a Master of Applied Psychology, specialising in burnout and mid-life transitions. I later received my PhD, which explored how corporate customers perceive value.
During my time as a Senior Fellow at the Melbourne Business and Melbourne Law Schools, I also taught organisational behaviour, service management and people management.
